These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bisi platform, including the Bisi Founder Blueprint, related tools, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bisi provides guided business-planning tools, educational content, and AI-assisted features that help you plan, start, and grow a business. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any output of the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the information, ideas, and materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Bisi a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating personalized plans and recommendations for you.

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, analyses, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or infringing the rights of others.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Bisi and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Bisi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
